3. What we do

Five is a creator management agency for OnlyFans and Fansly. Through the Site you can learn about our services and apply to work with us. Submitting an application does not create a contract and does not guarantee that we will offer you services. Any working relationship is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.

4. No guaranteed results

We describe our services and experience honestly. We do not promise any specific income, growth, or results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your content, your effort, your niche, and the platforms you use.

5. Your submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Do not submit false information, or anyone else's information without their permission. You give us permission to use the information you submit in order to evaluate and respond to your application.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the Five name and branding belong to AWETradegroup LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission.

7. Third party platforms

OnlyFans, Fansly, and other platforms are independent third parties with their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWETradegroup LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AWETradegroup LLC from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
